• Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with availability or access information you are not authorised to access.
• Published information is provided in good faith, but product, service, availability and capability information may change and should be confirmed before a material decision.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience; the operator does not control their content or policies.

Orders and physical products

Product descriptions, prices, taxes, delivery choices and any restrictions will be shown during the purchase journey. An order is not accepted until the operator confirms it; payment authorisation alone does not guarantee acceptance or availability.

The planned new site uses Shopify for the cart, checkout and order workflow. The payment provider, delivery service, international tax and duty treatment will be identified in the final checkout and delivery information.

Consumers may have statutory rights to cancel, obtain a remedy for faulty or misdescribed goods, and receive refunds. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
